PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, visa card mastercard, company cheque or direct credit on or before day of delivery, or as otherwise arranged with Daniel.

These charges will be noted at the bottom of your invoice. The delivery charge includes one of our drivers delivering your food at the nominated time as well as collecting your platters sometime through the working week.
Once the food has been delivered safely The Rebel Caterers can accept no further responsibility.

FOOD SAFETY
We are proud to use a commercial 'A' grade kitchen. To maintain food safety standards we ask that if food is not going to be consumed with half an hour of delivery that it be refrigerated until needed.
Always reheat food on oven trays.

 

PLATTERS
Platters and dishes remain the property of The Rebel Caterers and we will pick them up after the event at the earliest convenience.
Clients will be charged full replacement cost for missing or damaged serving platters, bowls or utensils.

 

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event or the full amount will be charged.

 

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

A $50 HANDLING FEE NOW APPLYS TO ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE DUE DATE
19.25% DAILY INTEREST CHARGE WILL APPLY TO ALL OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AFTER THE DUE DATE

A $200.00 COLLECTION FEE PER INVOICE WILL APPLY ONCE IT HAVE BEEN PLACED IN THE HANDS OF A COLLECTION AGENCY.

Function Menu 1 - $28 + GST per person

OPTION 1 (Fork Food)
• Ploughmans platter to share: ham off the bone, sliced eye fillet, stuffed chicken breasts, cheeses, mustards & pickles
• Potato salad w/ gherkins, scallions & a fresh herb mayonnaise
• Mediterranean vegetable salad w/ balsamic vinegar & roast garlic
• Basket of freshly baked breads

OPTION 2 (Finger Food)
• Blinis w/ whipped smoked salmon mousse, fresh herbs and a caperberry
• Ti-tree smoked bacon, cheddar & fresh herb frittatas
• Crostini w/ char-grilled pepper, ginger & macadamia pesto w/ chilli feta & coriander
• Baby naan burgers w/ spicy beef & mango chutney
• Skewered mushrooms marinated in red wine, thyme and shallots
• Chorizo, olive, cherry tomato & bocconcini skewers
• Gourmet sausage rolls w/ plum sauce
• Fresh fruit kebab
• Mini assorted sweet slice e.g., chunky chocolate brownie, zesty lemon curd, gooey caramel and chocolate, passionate apricot

• Watermelon, feta & mint skewers
• Mezze platter to share: Pomegranate & sumac roasted lamb fillets, Middle Eastern rubbed chicken, dolmades, olives, hummus, spicy eggplant & cashew pesto, beetroot yoghurt & chilli feta
• Citrus cous cous w/ dried apricots, prunes & toasted almonds
• Chickpea salad w/ feta, cucumber, pomegranate molasses & lemon dressing
• Basket of fresh Turkish breads
• Pistachio & vanilla semi-freddo served w/ cinnamon & rosewater berry coulis

OPTION 2 (Finger Food)
• Mediterranean platter – a selection of cured meats, hummus, cheeses, antipasto selection & fresh breads
• Bread & dips platter – a selection of our home made dips and spreads w/ flavoured oils
• Crostini w/ char-grilled pepper, ginger & macadamia pesto w/ chilli feta & coriander
• Blue cheese & caramelised onion savoury tarts
• 5 spice chicken balls w/ coriander & lime
• Salmon & avocado sushi w/ chilli & sesame
• Sweet & fruit platter – assorted sweet slice, melting moments, freshly baked muffins & fruit kebabs

(Maximum 50 people)
