PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct credit on or before day of delivery, or as otherwise arranged.
DELIVERY
All orders incur a
delivery fee and
once the food has been delivered safely
The Rebel Caterers
can accept no further
responsibility.
FOOD SAFETY
We are proud to use a commercial 'A' grade kitchen. To maintain food safety standards we ask that if food is not going to be consumed with half an hour of delivery that it be refrigerated until needed.
Always reheat food
on oven trays.
PLATTERS
Platters and dishes remain the property of The Rebel Caterers
and we will pick them up after the event at the earliest convenience.
Clients will be charged full replacement cost for missing or damaged serving platters, bowls or utensils.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event or the full amount will be charged.
